Established in 2000, Asteem Products is backed by one of the best equipped integrated aluminium plant in South East Asia.
We concentrate on serving customers who require tighter control on tolerances and visual appearance for their extrusion requirement. We provide finished and semi-finished parts inclusive of cutting, fabrication, machining, piece part anodizing, chromate, powder coating as well as sub-module assembly.
Value added services
We start with understanding the application of your product followed by drawing proposal with tolerance control and upon your approval, die-making, FA submission, extruding, cutting, machining, fabrication, surface finishing and packaging.
We seek ongoing feedback and refine process control in the various phases to improve quality and fallout rate.

Machining Plant

Started 2nd March 2016 to support expansion of customers base in Malaysia and developing the local market.
Our plant in Cemerlang, Johor is equipped with cutting and CNC milling machines. We can provide machined parts as well as fabricating and assembling aluminium structures. We can consider jointly working with potential stakeholders to develop on this capability for localisation or export.
